My Herbalife Delivery has been sitting at Warburton Post Office since Wed 5th of Dec no delivery left states leave at back door if not at home. No calling card, no text messages tracking no to say deliver that day & no one delivered my parcel $600 approximately of goods. I WAS HOME ALL DAY! NOW Warburton Post Office has sent back my parcel back to South Australia. It has my Herbal Medications for my Asthma & Allergies & Diabetes as I choose use Herbal Medicine because it works. No longer on Ventolin or Seretide for 3+ years. So now I will be contacting Head office concerning this issue as my friend knows head person who looks after Victoria Post Office & knows about my case already. I will be seeking damages now against Australia Post in Warburton for not doing their duty! I am totally disgusted in Australia Post up here in the Yarra Valley & will be going public about it too. If I have an Asthma Attack you will be liable too. Lots of my parcels have gone missing Australia Post & even my mail sent back to sender & I have paid for goods a few hundred dollars worth. Yet my parcels I get sent to my Po Box in Melbourne I get all parcels. My Landline turned off in Jan, fires in Yellingbo near us all because you sent my mail back to sender. So I give you a ZERO for service Warburton Post Office for not even getting any communication to pick my parcels up. Yet Startrack delivers your parcels like Herbalife come to my back door for 3 years now & more recently more issues.
