My husband has had a bad run with doctors and he has finally found one here that he likes. We weren't sure about one that we saw here last year that I took my children to, but he has left now (not sure if negative reviews were in regards to him). Doctors pretty much always on time. Longest we have waited is 20mins. Improvement on other places where wait time were sometimes 40mins-60mins. Also great that we can book on line any time of day, means we can beat the morning rush and book the night before or before opening.
I went to a doctor here after having collapsed unconscious on my treadmill the day before. He diagnosed depression saying that he had seen people like me before. I asked for a referral for a stress test and he eventually wrote the paperwork for it but not before belittling me and suggesting that l was using resources and wasting time. He wrote up a mental health care plan for me instead. I kept telling him that l felt something was really wrong. Two weeks later l spent 3 weeks in hospital and had open heart surgery to have a valve replaced. My heart had been 90% blocked and l was close to death having had only weeks to live. I wrote a complaint to the surgery in YJ and everything about my appointment there was denied. I nearly died because of this doctors incompetence. He did not even listen to my heart
Always very friendly service when making an appointment. And when my Dr isn't available reception will help me decide to see another Dr to suit my need. All the Dr's I have seen are thorough in their Medical service for me andhave treated me as a person with great follow up.
drink more water, a cure for cancer. took 4 doctors and a few visits begging to be taken seriously to diagnose late stage lung cancer. one went into some monologue about how there watching us. being the government and had decided on my behalf that I wasn't going to afford a scan. this is after a year of extreme pain. another accused me of "shopping" no knowledge of pain clinic. my favourite different doctor I was told to DRINK MORE WATER. since then I have had the basic check many times for people in medical school it takes about 2Min. Don't bother coming here. this place is a joke.
Have seen several doctors here, and all were very effective and helpful. Now tend to see one doctor who is familiar with my history. Very satisfied.
