I have never been disappointed with anything this clinic has done for me
I have seen Joseph a couple of times, he does not appear to have any passion for physiotherapy. His methods seem outdated ie. wanting to strap a month old injury, encouraging surgery over proper management.For my second appointment, he was 25 minutes late, for a 20 minute appointment and he did not acknowledge or apologise for this. I then had to go over everything from the previous appointment, because it had not been recorded. He asked if my shoulder was get stiff, to which I replied that it was. He then did nothing to alleviate that, instead he finished our appointment 10 minutes early and I was still charged full price.Dont waste your time or money
First visit today. Was treated by Ryan, very professional and knowledgeable.Hopefully the treatment he has given me, along with exercises and any follow up consultations with help to minimise pain in my neck, shoulders, arms and head that has recently flared up resultant of a car accident 20 years ago.
