Had a few of my cars serviced here recently. Pleased to report, the staff had all the work done on time, and on budget. Will definitely be taking more of our company fleet in to Big Jims Garage.
WARNING TO ALL- DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME TAKING YOUR CAR HERE. JIM PUT 4 NEW TYRES ON OUR VEHICLE AND SENT MY LEARNING SON AND I ON OUR WAY WITH NO WHEEL ALIGNMENT. I ASKED AND WAS GUARANTEED THE WHEEL ALIGNMENT BUT JIM SAID NOTHING, NO WARNING AT ALL. THE CAR PULLED TERRIBLY TO THE LEFT, VERY DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY FOR A LEARNING DRIVER. JIM ALSO LEFT THE BRAKE LIGHTS WITHOUT REPLACING THEM AND THEY WERE NOT VISIBLE TO THE EYE THRU DAYLIGHT. WE HAD TO THEN TAKE OUR CAR TO A NEW MECHANIC TO GET IT TO A SAFE STANDARD. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THE WORK DONE AGAIN ELSEWHERE. VERY POOR STANDARD AND QUALITY. STAY SAFE AND GO ELSEWHERE.PLEASE WORD OF MOUTH GOES ALONG WAY, SO SHARE THIS WITH EVERYONE YOU KNOW AND KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS SAFE .
