Very good customer service and undeunderstanding staff. The mechanics are friendly and always do their best. I had my car here twice, ans did my RWC trough them and I was never disappointed!
My car was scratched by a persons dog using a company car. Drove away (whilst attempting to reverse over me) after refusing to share details. Obviously forgot the company name and number is all over the car...Called them, but got no help from them, so police and insurance it is! Would never use a car repair service that cares so little for cars or people
Told me they'd tow my car to the lot for free but didn't tell me it would cost $50 a day for storage. Very dodgy move.
Excellent service. Broke down a long way from home, they gave me a tow and a courtesy car while my car was out of action. Had my vehicle back in 2 days.
We were traveling through and our engine light was on and car was dying on us all the time we really needed it fixed that day gave these guys a call they squeezed us in diagnosed the problem straight away and order parts in and fix it for us that afternoon grate price very friendly team of people very helpful and were very understanding and grate with our dogs to I would highly recommend these guys to anyone and we thank you all so very much for your help yesterday and the very nice comments on the recipient was very much appreciated kind regards Kim and josh
