I went to see a rental through this real estate a few weeks ago and what a horrible property manager they have. Michelle definitely is in the wrong field of work. She is impolite, rude, judgemental and an all round unpleasant person. If this is the type of people they have representing their real estate, I will definitely be steering clear and letting my friends and family know too. I walked away feeling deflated, sad and not hopeful at all. She never even followed up to see if I was interested even though I had registered my interest time and time again. I am happy to say now that thanks to that horrible experience I have found a rental through an amazing property manager at Harcourts - Sue. She is fantastic and friendly, polite and professional and makes you feel at ease. This is proper service, not a circus. Bells should definitely review their employees often to avoid reviews such as this.
