Excellent Service have been renting though them since May 2017 get on top of any faults etc really quickly
Michelle is our agent at bell real-estate in Warburton..I have never come across such a vulgar person ..we took our landlord to vcat over a notice to vacate.we won the case and the notice was made invalid and the judge condemned Michelle for trying to get us and our other Tennent at back to pay a water bill she knew dam well we didn't have to pay her acts are criminal..She has never supported the tenants and has stated she is only on the landlords side.She has never been helpful and has now tainted our rental history. Michelle has done nothing but treat us like crap and spends her days trying to come up with ways to make us look bad as tenants and evict us .I strongly recommend you do not go threw bell in Warburton and if you do avoid Michelle..totally disgusted at her actions
As a tenant. I was not happy with Michelle as a property manager. I was at times given only hours notice via email that a tradesman was coming. And he would turn up and be locked out. And she would also say to me. We will just let ourselves in we have a key. All the time...Would you like this.... I did not Not happy with there professionalism...
